Orange County Fire responded to the call off of Casino Ridge Road around 12:15 p.m.

No structures were threatened and the fire was eating up brush in the hills, however firefighters began structure protection as a precaution.

Anaheim Fire and Cal Fire were called in to assist with the blaze in northeast Yorba Linda, which is a wild land area.

A man was seen handcuffed to a gurney and loaded into an ambulance at the scene of the fire, but it was not immediately clear what role he may have played in the blaze.
