A man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl with autism over three weeks faces 12 felony charges, including three of rape.

Samuel Robert Duran, Jr. allegedly bound the girl as well as raped her between March 25 and April 13 at his Culver City home, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

The girl went missing from her Mar Vista home on March 24. Police found her at Duran's home on Monday after tracing a call for help she made to her mother.

Duran was arrested Tuesday. The charges against him, which also include counts of oral copulation and digital penetration, were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday.
