Authorities are searching for a man who allegedly filmed up a girl's skirt at a mall in Thousand Oaks last month.
The man turned on his video recorder on his cellphone, squatted behind the girl and placed the phone just below her skirt at Claire's Fashion Jewelry and Accessories at the Oaks Mall on June 30, authorities said.
The witness reported the girl was unaware of the incident and the man quickly left the store when he realized he was being watched.
He was last seen entering JC Penney before leaving the mall.
The man was described as white, between 40 and 50 years old, between 180 and 200 pounds and about 6-feet tall. He was seen wearing a black-and-white plaid shirt, black jeans, black dress shoes and had "salt-and-pepper" hair.
Shopper Madison Dobson is sickened.
"I think he has something wrong with him," she said. "Unsuspecting girls? That's not good."
