A missing two-year-old girl believed to have been abducted by her father was found safe and unharmed Monday night in Palm Springs, police said.
Lucia Perry and her father Jack Perry were found around 9:30 p.m. at an unknown location in Palm Springs, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Jack Perry, 31, was in custody and booked for child concealment, according to the LAPD. Perry did not have custody of Lucia.
Lucia was reunited with her mother, police said.
It was unclear if Perry has an attorney.
Lucia was believed to have been taken by her father during a supervised visit on Christmas Eve at The Grove in Los Angeles. The person supervising the visit lost sight of the father and daughter around 5 p.m., according to a statement from LAPD’s Van Nuys division.
