Ex-Radio Shack Employee Accused of Stealing Racy Photos From Customer's iPhone

A woman is suing Radio Shack and a former employee after racy photos were stolen from her iPhone, according to a lawsuit.

The 28-year-old San Francisco woman brought her phone to the Corte Madera store in in November because its screen was broken. When she got the phone back, the screen was repaired, but she noticed 17 of her photos had been texted to an unknown number.

Last week prosecutors charged the store employee who helped her.

The suspect, a 24-year-old Richmond man, no longer works at the store at 139 Corte Madera Town Center.

In a statement, Radio Shack said the company is working closely authorities investigating the case.
