"What's going on with Amanda Bynes?" certainly is the question of the day, if not the month.
First off, the actress did not check into rehab per some reports, nor are there plans for her to go to rehab, a source close to Bynes told E! News Monday.
A little more than 24 hours ago, police impounded her car after she was caught driving with a suspended license. It wasn't the first time she had been behind the wheel without a valid license, either--apparently it was just time for her luck to run out.

A judge has advised her to appear in person Friday for a hearing on her pending DUI charge and our source says that Bynes will likely be there.
Meanwhile, one of the "What a Girl Wants" star's neighbors in her gated San Fernando Valley community says that things aren't looking too great over at Casa Bynes.
"No one knows what is going on with her," the neighbor tells E! News. "Her house has become dilapidated. It used to be beautiful but she's let it go to ruin. That's even getting her into trouble, the homeowners' association is very annoyed at her. It was a beautiful house and now it looks a state."
According to the neighbor, Bynes lives alone and isn't getting many visitors these days, her last perhaps being a relative a few months ago.
"She used to leave the house every day to walk her dog," the neighbor said, "but she has not done that for a couple of months...When she was walking the dog, she would always wear the same clothes, she would put her headphones in, and she would always walk over the other side of the street so she didn't have to talk to anyone."
As for Bynes' vehicular behavior, the neighbor says the actress drives "really weirdly" and "everyone in the community is worried about her when she gets behind the wheel."
Same goes for the judge who last week reiterated that Bynes shouldn't drive without a valid drivers license; the court later confirmed that the California DMV had, in fact, yanked the 26-year-old's license after one-too-many incidents.
In addition to alleged DUI from her April 6 run-in with a police cruise, Bynes is also facing two hit-and-run charges stemming from separate accidents on April 10 and Aug. 4.
