Apple Wants to Ban 8 Samsung Products

Looking forward, many experts think companies may have to design around Apple's patents; looking backward, Apple says eight such devices should be banned from U.S. markets.

On Monday -- one business day removed from a $1 billion verdict in its favor over patent infringement by Samsung -- Apple has listed products that should be kept from American shelves:

  • Galaxy S2 AT&T
  • Galaxy S2
  • Galaxy S2 T-Mobile
  • Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
  • Galaxy S Showcase
  • Droid Charge
  • Galaxy Prevail

A judge will decide this issue later, according to the Associated Press.
