Facebook now allows beheading videos so users can "condemn" them.
The social network had a ban on graphic violence but lifted it earlier this year, according to Reuters. Now disturbing photos and videos are allowed so users can "share their experiences," Facebook said in a statement.
"People share videos of these events on Facebook to condemn them. If they were being celebrated, or the actions in them encouraged, our approach would be different," the statement continued.
