Emilia Clarke Hints ‘Game of Thrones' Character May Return

Emilia Clarke reaffirmed that she really doesn’t know what the future holds for Snow, but hints that there’s a chance Snow may return

"Game of Thrones" fans devastated by the season finale’s killing of Jon Snow may have gotten their first glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, Snow will return some day.

In an interview with MTV News, Emilia Clarke, who plays the role of Daenerys Targaryen, reaffirmed that she really doesn’t know what the future holds for Snow, but hints that there’s a chance Snow and actor Kit Harrington could come back.

“I can with all honesty say I have no idea what’s happening,” Clarke said. But when asked if she had to take a wild guess, Clarke said, “I mean if I had to bet, I’d say it’s like a 50/50 chance.

Clarke noted that there are characters on the show that could help ressurect the Watch Commander, including Melisandre, who conveniently arrived at Castle Black as the hero was stabbed.

Clarke added that the show’s producers know she can’t lie very well, so the news should be taken with some caution.

Still, it may be enough to build up anticipation for a possible return of Snow sometime in the future.
