Cop Pulls Speeder Over, Saves His Life

A police officer in Maine has been credited with saving an 84-year-old speeder's life after he pulled him over minutes before he went into cardiac arrest, NBC affiliate WCSH reported. Kennebunk Police Officer Matthew Harrington pulled Gavin Falconer from the car, did chest compressions and used a defibrillator on him. "They said you were a goner, and you were lucky because the policeman was an EMT, and he knew just what to do," Falconer said.
