Dog-Friendly Places in San Diego

One of the saddest things dogs can go through is when their families leave to go out and they can't come. Well, now there's an alternative plan.  We did some research and found these venues to be some of the best dog-friendly places in San Diego.

Bull’s Smokin’ BBQ: This restaurant has 10+ dog-friendly tables right by Mission Bay. As you feast on smoked pork ribs, barbecued chicken and Bull’s Duo Sandwiches, your dog is happily sitting with his water bowl, beef bones and treats. Leashes are required. For more information, click here.

Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Company: This delicious Italian inspired brewery loves dogs. Equipped with four to nine dog-friendly tables outside on their patio, you and your dog can enjoy dishes like chicken tequila pasta and flat bread pizzas. The Regal Beagle: The Regal Beagle is the home of 24 uniquely crafted beers and a variety of sausages. They offer a sausage of the month, turkey cranberry sausage, port brat, Moroccan style lamb sausage and many more.  Dogs are allowed on the patio, so you can have your sausage and beer with your loyal companion right by your side. Station Tavern: Looking for a cool place to grub a burger? The Station Tavern is equipped with more than 10 dog-friendly tables and make dogs feel very welcome. What makes this place unique is you can relax in this beautiful environment and have your dog be completely welcomed.
Dogs are required to be on a leash out on the dirt patio and each dog gets a water bowl. Check out the Station Tavern here.

Sheraton SD Hotel, Mission Valley: This dog-friendly hotel is close to everything. It is five miles from downtown, six miles from the San Diego Zoo and right next to several amazing shopping malls. If you lodge here, they will treat your pet with kindness and love. There is a two dog maximum per room, and all dogs must be 75 lbs. or less. The Sheraton in Mission Valley is awesome because they provide doggy beds too! Book your reservations here.

San Diego Marriot Marquis and Marina:
This hotel has amazing bay views, beautiful balconies, kitchenettes and gorgeous waterfront restaurants. The fact that a place like this is dog-friendly makes this bayside hotel a must-stay. It is right next to the San Diego Convention Center and is walking distance from all of the restaurants and venues in the Gaslamp District. Each room is limited to a maximum of two pets that must weigh less than 70 lbs. There is also a fee of $75 per night for dogs. Manchester Grand Hyatt Downtown: The Manchester Grand Hyatt in downtown San Diego is an expert in pampering your pet. Upon arrival, dogs are provided with a bed, pet bowl, biscuit, chewy toy and a pet privacy sign. This hotel is great because both dogs and cats are accommodated. There is a maximum of one pet per room that must weight 50 lbs. or less. There is also a $30 fee per night.
