Father Gregory Boyle turned a vacant bakery into “Homeboy Industries”, the largest and most successful gang intervention program in America.
Boyle, a Jesuit priest and native of Los Angeles, talks with NBC 4's Conan Nolan about who he helps, why he does it and how law enforcement has improved in their handling of gang issues in his native city.
The interview takes place in a darkened room upstairs from the Homeboy restaurant.
