It's Todd Solondz' “Dark Horse” Trailer–With Polish Subtitles!

After a long layoff, Todd Solondz returned last year to deliver "Life During Wartime," and he's wasted no time in delivering another film.

"Dark Horse," about a 30-something guy who lives at home with his parents and works for his father's company, has been touring festivals and playing in Europe. But despite a cast that includes Christopher Walken, Mia Farrow, Selma Blair, Justin Bartha, Aasif Mandvi and Donna Murphy, it still lacks U.S. distribution. However, thanks the magic of cyberspace, a trailer from Poland has made it to shores, thanks to Bleeding Cool (via The Playlist).

The film appears to be rife with Solondz' special brand of wide-spread dysfunction and casual cruelty, but it doesn't exactly crackle. Still, it's Solondz, and we were caught off guard by how much we enjoyed "Life During Wartime," which was a pseudo-sequel of "Happiness," so let's get it over here already.
