The host of "Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" became the latest star to move his hips for the Running Man dance challenge, not once but twice on Wednesday night’s show.
After a little coaxing from the audience, Jimmy Fallon gave the craze a try with one of his guests, New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony. Later in the show, he showed off his moves with actor Zac Efron while the two wore wigs that alluded to the movie "Night at the Roxbury."
The challenge took off with University of Maryland basketball players earlier this year, and like the Harlem Shake, it has spread over the Internet. The simple dance is done to a '90s hit song called "My Boo" by Ghost Town DJ’s.
After dancing, Anthony, who plays forward for the New York Knicks, spoke to Fallon about his soccer team in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico FC, a member of the North American Soccer League, will debut this fall.

Anthony told Fallon that his roots on the island run deep with part of his family tracing their descent from there. Over the years he’s been involved with charitable efforts, which include opening more basketball courts.
Carmelo also plays himself in the upcoming summer movie “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.”
