Russian President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday that the use of force in Ukraine would be a last resort, as U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry landed in Kiev to show solidarity with Ukraine's new leaders, NBC News reported. Putin described the ouster of Ukraine's former President Viktor Yanukovych as an "unconstitutional coup." While he said acting Ukrainian President Oleksandr Turchynov is "not legitimate," the country's parliament was, Putin said. The Russian leader also accused the U.S. of interfering in world affairs as if they're "in a lab and they’re running all sorts of experiments on the rats without understanding consequences of what they’re doing.”
