Joshua Tree Music Festival: Line-up Reveal

A BEAUTIFUL, BEWITCHING BASH: An out-sized, big-of-everything desert festival is a sight to behold, and hold near, if communing with sound and art and movement is your bag. But there are a few of them now, in the springtime, in the Coachella Valley and Mojave Desert, so picking out the party that weaves best with your particular tastes is paramount (of course, you could be the sort of festival goer who simply adores every sort of fest, and, if so, cheers to loving it all). One of the most distinctive of the springtime sound-taculars is the Joshua Tree Music Festival, a twice-a-year heart-big hoedown the folds in numerous beyond-the-music activities. Those activities include yoga sessions, a number of family-fun to-dos, art displays, and a Positive Vibration station. 2017 SPRING SCHEDULE... for the May 18 through 21 extravaganza was revealed in early December. While not totally complete — "more tba," says the festival — you can begin perusing the roster now and deciding what shows/acts/singers to see. Orgone is on the list, as is Yak Attack and The Adobe Collective.
