Secretary of State John Kerry joined leaders from more than 20 nations at a crisis meeting in Paris on Monday to come up with a strategy to defeat the threat of ISIS, NBC News reported. Opening the international conference, France’s president said there was “no time to lose” in the fight against the militants who released a video Saturday of the beheading of a British aid worker — the third Westerner executed at the hands of ISIS in recent weeks. Those in attendance in Paris are expected to discuss ways to cripple ISIS in Iraq.
