Baltimore's New Curfew Takes Effect

Baltimore's controversial curfew law, among the strictest in the country, took effect Friday. The curfew requires those 13 and younger to be indoors by 9 p.m. Those 14 to 16 can stay out until 10 p.m. on school nights and 11 p.m. over the summer and on weekends. There's been mixed reactions to the curfew, with some parents saying it could help keep children safe and experts pointing out that there's no evidence showing it will.
