A burglary suspect was arrested Sunday night after he stripped down naked in front of police and bystanders after a failed attempt to rob a video store in Diamond Bar.
Officials responded to a call of a reported burglary around 9:20 p.m. that occurred at a business on the intersection of Diamond Bar Boulevard and Sunset Crossings Road, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Walnut Station.
Deputies located a man that matched the suspect's description. The suspect refused to comply with the deputies' commands, and he stripped down naked and rolled around on the ground.
After a 20-minute standoff, deputies shocked the suspect with a stun gun, wrapped him in a blanket and arrested him.
Officials said the suspect may have been under the influence.
