Naked Man With Baby Arrested After Running in Traffic in Pomona

According to police, the man ran off into a nearby mobile home park where officers had to physically remove the baby and take the man into custody.

A man was taken into custody after he was found disrupting traffic in the nude while holding a baby in Pomona.

Multiple people reported the man was running around and blocking westbound lanes near the area of Mission Boulevard, West of Oak Avenue, just after 7 p.m. Saturday, Pomona Police Department said.

According to police, the man ran off into a nearby mobile home park where officers had to physically remove the baby and take the man into custody.

The man was arrested and transported to a local hospital in stable condition. He faces child endangerment charges, police said.

The baby was uninjured. It was unclear if the man was the father of the baby.

One officer sustained minor injures during the arrest.
