An Ontario detective died after his car crashed into a tree early Saturday morning.
Ontario Police Department confirmed in a tweet that Detective Joshua Burks was killed in the accident.
The crash happened at the intersection of N. University Pkwy and Kendall Dr. in San Bernardino. Burks was off duty when the accident happened.
No further details have been released.
