Caltrans has announced that overnight closures are planned this weekend for the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway near Los Angeles International Airport so crews can re-stripe the roadway.

The freeway is scheduled to be closed from 9 p.m. Saturday until to 8 a.m. Sunday between Sepulveda Boulevard and California Street.

If the work is not completed during those hours, the freeway again will be closed from 9 p.m. Sunday to 8 a.m. Monday.

The eastbound 105 Freeway offramp to northbound Sepulveda Boulevard/LAX will remain open.

Westbound traffic will be detoured at the southbound Sepulveda Boulevard offramp to continue south on Sepulveda Boulevard, and then west on Imperial Highway to the westbound 105 Freeway.

Eastbound traffic will be detoured at the Imperial Highway east offramp to continue east on Imperial Highway to the eastbound 105 Freeway.

Work will start on the left lanes first and then move to the right lanes, at which time the eastbound Imperial Highway offramp will be closed.

The closures are subject to change. Go to the Caltrans Twitter for updates and the Caltrans Quickmap for confirmation of closures.
