The northbound 57 Freeway reopened just after 5 a.m. after an overturned dump truck shut down a portion of the freeway Friday morning in Anaheim.
The crash was reported at 2:22 a.m. at Katella Avenue, the California Highway Patrol said.
The driver of the truck was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The first three northbound lanes and the carpool lane were expected to be closed until at least 7 a.m. due to the cleaning of old asphalt, which spilled from the truck.
