Carl is a 3-year-old male mixed breed small dog. He's a sweet dog but a little shy at first. He warms up quickly and is a quiet dog.
Carl walks well on a leash and loves to be in people's laps. He hasn't barked at any of the dogs when he passes by. He just needs a forever home that will allow his personality to shine.
