Police on Friday were investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths of a man and woman at a Long Beach hotel.
The deaths were reported about 11:30 a.m. at a Holiday Inn in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach Police Department spokeswoman Marlene Arrona said.
Hotel staff found the two dead in a room, Arrona said.
Police said they found no obvious signs of foul play. The coroner will determine the cause of death.
A manager at the Holiday Inn said the hotel remained open for business.
