At around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday night, a driver was traveling northbound on the I-15 south of the 210 Freeway before Summitt Avenue when bullets hit his vehicle, according to CHP.

The man pulled into a strip mall parking lot at Summitt and Beech avenues and called 911.
