Is he a hero or a rat? Did he help clean up the sport of baseball or did he destroy the legacies of some of the sports biggest stars? Bottom line, that's what it comes down to when your talking about Jose Canseco. He says he regrets writing his first book "Juiced" and naming names. He wanted revenge on the game because he had been blackballed. In a backhanded kind of way Canseco did the sport a favor but his motivation is the problem. He didn't do it because it was the right thing to do. He did it to make himself feel better and in the process hurt others. You may not think Jose Canseco is a rat but he's certainly not a hero.
