The Miami Dolphins were popular with a lot of his friends in the early 1970s, but there was something about the Rams' uniforms, especially that spiraling white horn on their helmet, that a 6-year-old Scott Christenson really liked. When he saw quarterback Roman Gabriel toss a bomb to his favorite player, wide receiver Jack Snow, he was hooked.
