LOS ANGELES – Jab, jab, uppercut!
Los Angeles Clippers center got sucker punched last night, and surprisingly it was by his own coach!
Clippers assistant coach Mike Woodson was getting Jordan pumped up during a timeout on Wednesday night and knocked Jordan right in the jaw.
Jordan was not looking and was shocked by the punch, but don't worry Clippers fans, the center is alright and went on to grab 18 rebounds and block three shots in L.A.'s dominant 102-81 victory over the Trail Blazers on Wednesday night.
The Clippers have a commanding 2-0 series lead as they shift to Portland for Game 3 on Saturday night. No word yet if Jordan will keep his hands up to protect his jaw next time he's around Woodson.
