Teen Killed in Moreno Valley Triple Shooting

One person was killed and two others were injured in a Moreno Valley shooting Friday night.

The shooting was reported at 9:20 p.m. Friday in the 22900 block of Allies Place, according to Riverside County Sheriff's Department Deputy Armando Munoz.

Arriving deputies found three victims, two females and a male, suffering from gunshot wounds, Munoz said. All three were taken to area hospitals for treatment, he said.

One of the females was considered to have life-threatening injuries and later died, according to sheriff's deputies. The other two victims' injuries were not life-threatening.

Deputies saw a vehicle flee the scene of the shooting at a high rate of speed as they arrived and attempted to stop it, Munoz said, but the vehicle ran a red light and caused another vehicle to crash before getting away. No one was injured in that crash, he added.

There was no word on whether the suspect was in custody this morning. A description of the suspect vehicle was not available.
