Two men were hurt in a car-to-car shooting on the northbound 110 Freeway in Gardena lateThursday.

One of the victims was hit on the neck, and the other suffered a grazing wound to his head, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.

They were found by CHP officers just south of Redondo Beach Boulevard after their car crashed into some bushes next to the freeway at around.

The victims, who are both 38 years old, were taken to the hospital in a stable condition.

The suspects were described as driving away in an SUV.

Northbound traffic on the freeway was stopped just south of the 91 Freeway as Los Angeles Police Department and CHP officers searched the lanes for evidence. It has since been re-opened
