Three puppies were found Monday night at Woodgrove Park in West Covina and police are looking for their owners.
Police said the puppies were found at the park, located at 2001 S. Brentwood Drive, with no family in sight.
Police took the dogs to the city's animal shelter in hopes that their owners will claim them soon.
