Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles has been transforming the lives of at-risk youth in Los Angeles County for the nearly 60 years. We match profoundly disadvantaged children (age 6-18) with caring, professionally screened and supported volunteer mentors. Our mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. We are one of the largest youth mentoring organizations in Southern California, and one of the largest affiliates of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles is looking for mentors across Los Angeles County, to positively impact the lives of our community’s children. Being a Big Brother or Big Sister is one of the most enjoyable things you'll ever do, not to mention one of the most fulfilling. You have the opportunity to help shape a child's future for the better by empowering them to achieve. The best part is it's a lot of fun.
