Dreams for Schools is a 501(c)(3) that oversees programs and initiatives that contribute to educating youth about Science, Technology, Engineering & Math fields. Our mission is to make STEM approachable and accessible for all. Empowering Students & Cultivating Curiosity by providing the right tools and experience, we help kids program the future.
The AppJam+ Showcase, powered by Dreams for Schools, is the culmination of a 10-week process whereby college students mentor and guide middle school students in the making of a mobile app. Students present their work at a showcase in front of an industry panel of tech company judges, supported by their parents, school board members, community partners, and congressional representatives.
