For over 125 years, children’s safety has been our first priority. Five Acres works to strengthen families and keep children free from harm. Our residential campus provides a safe refuge for children who are in transition.
We work to prevent child abuse and neglect, care for, treat and educate emotionally fragile, abused and neglected children and their families in residential and outreach programs, advance the welfare of children and families by research, evidence-based treatment, advocacy and collaboration. In all we do we strive for the highest standards of excellence by professionals and volunteers.
