The mission of Grades of Green is to inspire and empower kids to care for the environment. Our vision is to make environmental protection second-nature in kids.
The organization began in 2009 as the result of four proactive women who felt the environment was in a state of crisis and believed that kids had the power to change the course of the future. By educating students in a fun, hands-on way, we saw the power these children had to make environmental change today, but also how these students embraced these values and were using them to guide their future.
