Penny Lane is a nonprofit organization that has been serving abused, abandoned, neglected children in the Los Angeles area since 1969. Penny Lane has established itself as a leader in helping children and families achieve their highest level of functioning, self-reliance and autonomy.
Our services range from foster care/adoption services, group homes, residential treatment facilities, wraparound and family preservation initiatives, as well providing essential transitional housing for emancipated foster youth. To volunteer, click here.
