State Increases Reward to Find Killer of Tioni Theus

In a continued effort to find the killer of 16-year-old Tioni Theus, California has increased the reward by $50,000. The Los Angeles County District Attorney said that court documents suggest Theus had potentially been a victim of human trafficking. Angie Crouch reports Jan. 26, 2022.
