BabyNames.com has released its top baby names for 2020, and Dylan Dreyer has bragging rights.

A look at the most popular baby names in San Diego County in 2019 — and over the past decade.

The Social Security Administration’s list of the top baby names of the decade is out. The SSA’s list comes from analyzing the names of the more than 35 million babies born between 2010 and 2018. It ranks the 200 most popular names for both boys and girls.
