Long Beach police Wednesday released a composite drawing of a man wanted for fatally shooting a man in a park.

A ban on commercial cannabis remains in place in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, with the Board of Supervisors today opting not to take any action on the issue, even as new legal dispensaries open with state and local licenses in other parts of the county.
