This year will mark the 31st season of "A Christmas Carol" performed by the South Coast Repertory. It will also mark the 31st time that Hal Landon Jr. plays Scrooge.
The performance is directed by John-David Keller, another 30-year man, who also plays Mr. Fezziwig. In fact, many cast members have experience with this particular show, whether it be the South Coast Repertory's version, or in another location.
All the child actors are making their holiday show debut, and in an interesting twist, Jordan Bellow who played 'Boy on the Street' as a child six years ago, returns in 2010 to play the adult role of Thomas Shelley.
"A Christmas Carol" begins this Saturday and runs through Boxing Day. Tickets are available online and run from $25-$60.
