Dear “Hurt Locker” Guys: Please Make Another Movie Together

Talk about camaraderie and connection.

Favorite photo of Oscar night is always easy for us.

It's never the posing in fluffy-shouldered dresses, or the waving at crowds. It's the surprising moments and nice coming-togethers that just happen, and click.

We were enjoying all the Gyllenhaal sibling snapshots coming down the pike, thinking a Maggie/Jake duo would capture our heart for 2010. Until Jeremy Renner, Brian Geraghty, and Anthony Mackie from "The Hurt Locker" took the stage, arms around shoulders.

Dear tabloids: Run this picture next week. This is one of the sweetest stories of the Oscars. Actors who really get along and elevated a movie to the highest level in Hollywood.

And dear Mssrs. Renner, Mackie, and Geraghty: What now? "The Hurt Locker" amazed. But for the next project, perhaps a comedy. Ask Colin Farrell to join, since he paid a lovely and respectful tribute to Jeremy Renner during the Best Actor segment.

Four guys playing four old pals. Not a road trip movie. Um. Not a remake of "Three Men and a Baby" (although although, hmm). Something sci-fi? A comedy in space? Dear producers in search of that next smokin' idea: Think about it.
