Pac-Man Chomps Chomps Chomps at Google

The search giant is celebrating Pac-Man's 30th. No joystick needed.

Well, there goes our Friday.

And everyone's Friday, pretty much. Google has placed a miniature Pac-Man game inside its famous logo, in celebration of the iconic arcade legend's 30th anniversary. If you're keeping track, and we think you probably are, NAMCO unleashed the hungry orb on May 22, 1980 (thx, Wikipedia).

When we first spied the Google logo, we thought, probably like many, that's rad (this is an '80s legend we're talking about). Until a dozen friends pointed out that there's an "Insert Coin" button on the page.

Hoo boy. That power pellet inside the "G" is not easy to get. Better practice some more.

Yep. Goodbye Friday. Hello, Blinky, Pinky, and Inky. Oh, and you too, Clyde. And happy milestone, PM!
