Thousands of people have waited in line for a chance to meet casting producers and directors. The last stop will be in Los Angeles this weekend at the Citadel Outlets.
Contestants are encouraged to be themselves.
"We're looking for opinion, personality, you know, a story, just like any other reality TV show," said casting producer Brandon Nickens.
The biggest loser walks away with a $250,000 grand prize, but competition does get nasty.
"So it's like a life or death situation for a lot of them. They feel like if they do not stay an extra week or if they don't stay as long as possible, they're not going to live," Nickens said.
At the casting call, the producers are looking for "root-able, likable people. You know, the people you want to root for. People who really deserve this opportunity," Nickens said.
Those who think they have what it takes to be on TV are encouraged to come out Saturday.
