If the pumpkins are good enough for Heidi Klum, they darn well are good enough for us. When we heard the model/TV presenter was recently spotted gourd shopping at Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch on Doheny, we thought back to our own visit to the pumpkin-riffic Mr. Bones last year, and how starry and put-together the crowd seemed.
While we didn't see any truly famous people -- we forgot to put in our contacts that day -- we saw plenty of moms and dads that looked *potentially* famous. At most pumpkin patches the crowd is heavily into denim and sneakers and forgoing the whole face- and fashion-forward look (we're partial to overalls ourselves).
But there's nary a straw hat to be seen at this Beverly Hills-adjacent pumpkin extravaganza. Everyone we spied on our outing was plum gorgeous, artfully be-eye-shadowed and wearing boots with killer heels that sank into the hay-covered dirt. No flannel. No blemishes. Only attractive pumpkin lovers ready for the paparazzi.
We're hoping Ms. Klum found the perfect potential jack o'lantern for her cute kids. We're inspired to return to Mr. Bones for a little seasonal shopping of our own -- we totally want a pumpkin that's too big to fit through the door -- and if we're able to have a star sighting, so much the better.
