Westlake: Lest we remind you of the burger joint's takeover plan, as of 11am this morning, the fifth SoCal location of The Counter is open for business. As with the other offshoots, the Westlake version boasts an insane amount of possible burger combinations—over 312,120, we're told—and features an array of beer, wine and cocktails to boot.
