    Century City: Tom Colicchio has been rolling out variousrecession-friendlydeals at his various New York restaurants for a few weeks now, and now he's bringing the show to LA too: today will mark the debut of Craftbar. Starting tonight, Tommy C and his chef de cuisine Matthew Accarrino will transform Craft's 26-seat front lounge and 80-seat terrace into Craftbar, offering an entire of menu that consists of small plates under $10. But what exactly comprises said menu? Glad you asked:
