Holiday Cooking Classes: It's that time? Yes. It is that time.

What Chef Meehan will be teaching: Thanksgiving Thanksgiving Thanksgiving. Butternut squash soup, a ravioli involving cinnamon and Brussels sprouts, and brioche stuffing.
Brioche stuffing: These two words had never come together in our minds before, but now that they have, we must pause and consider them at length. Brioche is already a pretty wet bread, and stuffing? A foodstuff that always welcomes the moist. A great friendship.
