    DOWNTOWN—The ongoing story surrounding Little Tokyo Showgirls and its liquor license difficulties appears to be ending: "The California Court of Appeals has upheld a city ruling that prevents the selling of alcohol at Little Tokyo Showgirls, a strip club at Vignes and Commercial streets ...
