Stefan's at LA Farm, Fifth Amendment, Lemonade, Eva

1) Santa Monica: The past month has given former Top Chef contestant Stefan Richter some time to gussy up LA Farm to make way for the debut of his own eatery, Stefan's at LA Farm coming August 6. Thrillist describes the dining space as an "abstract-arted interior" that also has an "outdoor area w/ leather corner banquettes surrounding flaming fire-pits." Stefan's "casual bistro" menu is "all about unusual twists," sometimes with an Eastern European flair, and there's a full bar with fun drinks (like Stefan's own Finnish Me Off: Finlandia tangerine, triple sec, peach tea, cranberry) and an American beer and wine list. Heads up, reservations start tomorrow and don't forget to check for the knork. [Thrillist]

2) Santa Monica: Fifth Amendment Alehouse is still not open, though owners are hoping to finish the final touches within the next few days. In addition to the 20 beers on tap, 40 or so craft beers will be available in bottles with 10 wine selections, all competitively priced. Sausages will range between $3.99 and $8.99, the more expensive also being the more exotic. On slow nights the bar plans to offer deals like $1 taco Tuesdays with the choice of carnitas or chicken in a corn tortilla. In addition to beer and wine, cocktails will too be served, priced between $3 and $5. [PLYWOOD]

3) Venice: Also encountering a few last minute setbacks, Lemonade has yet to open. Looks like the debut may come as early as next week, but the cafe must first pass a final inspection tomorrow. [PLYWOOD]

4) Mid-City: Via Twitter, Mark Gold reveals that his upcoming restaurant Eva, which is taking over the old Hatfield's space on Beverly, is looking for staff. [DD]
